With 24 (of 26? contemporary hand-coloured engraved double-page maps, 1 defective, partly browned, some foxing and spotting, margins partly soiled and worn with minor tears, some maps with scribble on verso and to the margin on some maps, lacks frontispiece, first text leaf damaged and repaired). Size of maps 470 x 557 mm. (platemark).
19th century simple brown half leather, rebacked, red title label on cover in Swedish "Kartor från år 1600", new endpapers.
