Contemporary brown full calf, blank spine in five compartments, mended in lower part, redspeckled edges. Old signature on first endpaper,

Louis Henri de Loménie. count of Brienne (1635-1698), french secretay of state for foreign affaires, visited Sweden in 1654-55.
First edition (in 12:o), only about 4 copies known, printed in 1660, only 39 pages (we sold a copy in 2016). Even the present second edition is rare.
